The order has been placed!!! (a couple days ago actually :) )
We had 15 participants with orders totaling over $10,000.00!!!!
With our discount we saved almost two thousand dollars off retail!!!

As I said... we have the order in and they're working on getting everything packed up so it can get shipped out ASAP.
(I'm still waiting on a tracking number.)

As mentioned in the origional thread, you will be able to pick up your order at the July 10th meeting. If you are unable to attend next months meeting, we can schedule a pickup time/location at some point after the 10th.
I'll keep everyone posted on news and progress as I find out more details.

Ya thanks Tony I know herding that many orders was not an easy task!!

Unfortunately, I've gotten word that the order will not likely be shipped out in time for the meeting on the 10th. They are still shipping out orders but the main guys there are on vacation this week and they just have their light team filling orders that made it last week (including ours). They will be shipped this week but via UPS ground and will not likely be able to arrive before Tuesday. If we get really lucky, we MIGHT have them but the outlook is not good.

Once I receive the tracking number I'll update you guys with the estimated delivery date. At that point, Alan and I will start to coordinate with pickup locations.

Let's keep our fingers crossed... we might still luck out and get it in time for the meeting.

Hey Tony... Any updates on the order? Any chance they will be in by Tuesday for the meeting?

I was planning on calling them tomorrow... I asked that they send me a tracking number and they haven't yet so I don't know if that means it hasn't been shipped yet or not. I'll update everyone after I talk to them tomorrow.

The order is IN... I will likely be up late Friday night to sort and verify orders so that we can have them ready for delivery.
If you are definately going to attend the BBQ this Saturday, send me a PM and let me know, "Yes, I will be at the BBQ" and I'll make sure I verify and seperate your orders first.

At this time, please do not contact me about pickup. I will do my best to get everything sorted out Friday evening and welcome anyone's help to do so (PM me if you can come over).

Thanks again Mike for helping out... we spent about two hours separating everything out and verifying everyones order. I cant imagine how long it would of taken me if I did it alone!
