It sucks, I have said my peace about going to the frag meet and while she isnt happy about it and probably against my better judgement, Ill be there - Late but Ill be there. I refuse. 20 years and we haven't done anything for it yet, so why start now? I don't knock anyone for celebrating whatever they choose to, but for me it's a "hallmark holiday" simply designed as an excuse to get me to spend money. Personally I avoid it and instead on absolutely random days, we will do something special. To me it's much nicer to get a boquet of flowers in the middle of August for absolutely no reason than to get a candy heart because it's the Feb 15th (or whenever V-day is). |
