Is there a good underwater glue that I can use in my sump to re-attach the flow diverters? My sump is a 25 gallon Rubbermade tub but the glue I used to put in the flow diverter walls is breaking loose. Is there anything I can use while the tank is still running to glue the walls back down?

Could the Loctite Marine glue work?

If there is one, I've never found it. Silicone will require being in air. You could possibly use a 2-part epoxy (the liquid kind), but I think it's toxic until cured. Anything else probably won't hold...
