I am currently feeding my fish elos pellets and they eat those with no problem but i want to add some more variety in there diet. I know there gettin plenty with what's packed in the elos pellets but i have read that garlic helps boost the immune system. Im all for foods or additives that will make my fish healthy. I tried getting some fresh garlic and using a garlic press and mixed a tiny bit with frozen brine but that didn't really seem to work out like i thought it would. What do you guys think?

What kind of fish? I feed mostly PE mysis and Rods Food, pellets once a week or so, sometimes I vitamin soak - sometimes I dont. You can try some garlic guard (seachem) if you insist on using garlic.

Rods food. Also if u have filter feeders like corals if you mix in flake food n some water with it let it melt then feed with a syringe. There will b plenty of micro particles
