Its clear to me that this guy got a free pass through school because he can play a sport. I would like to see some test scores from this guy. How many times has someone told you if you get in an accident stay at the scene. What did he think was gonna happen.

Probably a free pass for a lot of things, but pretty much all schools (Ivy league exempted) make special allowances for student athletes. I dont think anyone can deny that.

I was thinking the same thing.. No school is above trying to get the edge when it comes to sports..

Ga Tech comes to mind.. Remember back in the day when their basketball coach got nailed for bringing in ringers? Something like "Give me one year and I'll put you in the NBA, since you will be ineligible anyway."

I went to school with some hockey players that were akin to a bag of hammers. Hockey was important at Cornell. Obviously.

Your stats are like being the tallest midget. Its important to the person who says it, but everyone else laughs at it. Notre Dame just has lax graduation requirements, it appears. :) Seriously, you know I was only joking about this, but there is no subjective measurement to what that means.

Youre just bitter because the most memorable thing about your college and its entire athletic history is an underachiever who barely got it, played 2 plays, and had an awful movie made about him with the kid from Goonies.
