We would like feedback, both good and bad so we can improve our service and available stock to y'all. I think we have the best fish selection in the ATL and want to try and work on being the best in other areas also. Thanks Ken

Now that's how to run a successful business- ask for the good and bad.

I went there the first time in 6 months a couple of days ago, I must say the store is quite an improvement from before. The fish selection is huge, 3-4 times more fish than before. The corals selection is still lacking and the displays need an improvement.

I have feedback that may help not just this store, but all the LFSs. Some members, such as myself, live too far come come just to check out the store, but we wish to shop and support the store. I end up spending more with other reefers and online, because they make more use of pictures and emails, which make it more convenient and easier to make purchases. I end up feeling bad because I didn't spend anything with the sponsors, but I feel it's kinda their own fault. I don't know the best way from the LFSs standpoint to solvr this but I know you guys are losing money. I have about 10k spent in my build so far, and sadly only a small fraction has been spent with one of our sponsors, that's the amount I can spend without coming to his store. I wanna go pretty bad, but shopping has to be convenient.

Every ARC Sponsor Forum has a stickied post called "Sponsor Information" that has all that:
