I have had this camera for about 6 months now and really need to start using it. it's an 8 mp DSLR and I have 2 lenses; 14-45mm and 40-150mm.

Any tips on how to use this? I know it's a broad question, but I need to start somewhere.

Also, I want to get a decent macro lense. What should I look at?

Read the manual front to back... :) I'm not kidding. Best way to start.

As for Macro lenses, it's hard to go wrong. Any of the 3rd party macros in the 90-105mm range should work well. I think 17photo.com has sigma's 105mm f2.8 macro for around 360.00 though I don't know if they sell the olympus mount.
