it has been a last second deal once again - and we tried to accomodate your votes - however the top three were unable to accomodate us for different reasons.

So we went with another location in the same general area and are happy to announce our May meeting for:

Lucky them especially on a Tuesday which is generally a slower day for restaurants. They will have an even better week now. Graduations on Saturday, Mother's Day on Sunday and now you guys on Tuesday. LUCKY!

US Play has a very rigid frame for groups over 25ppl - something that we couldn't go with.

We'll see if they are as good as the Twisted Taco was about understanding why there were 75 people all showing up with coolers, not to mention various other odd things... bringing a skimmer into a restaurant/bar will elicit some interesting questions!

So who's not serving alcohol? Kilt or Breeze?

Should I even mention there's a Steak n Shake a block or two away in case anyone wants to keep up the after the meeting steak and shake shindig?

They probably served a minor during a sting and got busted - happened to the Cobb kilt location a few months ago. when a restaurant gets busted with an alcohol violation they have to close their doors/or not serve alcohol for a minimum of 3 days - may be different depending on the offense and license. Baileys off Barrett got hit with one too and lost their sunday liquor license - so they are no longer open on Sundays.

I had a great night -- it's always fun meeting new people, and seeing old faces again! I hope the little leather babies I handed out enjoy their new homes, and if anyone wanted one and didn't get it, well, let me know, I always have more lol.
