I am going to replace my 2x65 bulbs and noticed that Hellolights have both (Hellolights own brand and Coralife) on their website.

Can anybody comment on both?

Lots of people know lots about T-5 and MH, but not a lots about PC..

What are the spec on them, price different and bulb life?

Maybe knowing that would help.

The Coralife are more expensive (stating the obvious)
Ive used "offbrand" PCs on my Freshwater Planted tank for years without issue. Never really made an effort to measure PAR levels tho.

I don't know anything about Hellolights, and am not anything like a light expert, but I have been very happy with my CoralLife 36" Lunar Deluxe w/ 96w 10,000K and 96w Actinic; it seems to be more than sufficient for my 50gal. :D
