The only shopping I did today (Black Friday) is at Imagine Ocean to enjoy additional savings during their BF sale. Their expertise, prices and desire for the hobbyist to succeed are unmatched. Jenn and her colleague are super. I bought several healthy corals that expanded within minutes of adding them to my tank.

+1 Jenn is awesome! We all need to do everything we can to support her. It's not just about the support of a sponsor store here (and no, this is not a commercial). She really cares about the people and marine organisms in this hobby IMO. Jenn makes a big positive impact on ARC, and our world. Thank you Jenn!

I don't want to go into great details about everything I've seen Jenn do to go out of her way to assist a customer. But, I would like for all my fellow reefers to know this.

I was standing by the SPS tank with Jenn and Bryan came over. Jenn pointed out 3 fish that 2 other customers wanted to purchase along with some other stuff they already had bagged. When she told him that, He leaned back a little with a "that ain't gonna happen" look on his face. He asked her if she'd already talked to them about how best and how fast (or slow) to stock their tank. She went over the particulars with him (as she had already discussed that with the customer)and Bryan went ahead and got the fish.

That just goes to show that the staff at Imagine Ocean does care more about the the health of the livestock and the hobbyest being successful than making a sale. To me, that is what I look for the most in an LFS. Kudos to Jenn and Bryan!!!

If I were Siskel and Ebert, I'd give you 2 thumbs up...:up::up:

She is awesome. She even checked with Coralife to see if she could get me a part I needed to replace in my light fixture despite I never purchased the unit there. Needless to say since I need to replace it, she's getting the sale on it. :up:

jenn rocks. shes held my hand through a serious situation before. ok it was serious to me as a newbie.
though i hadnt bought the first thing from her at that point, she was there for me. jenn and her crew are top notch.
