i gotta give credit where credit is due. i emailed don because i had a small issue with the RO/DI i won at the last meeting. told him my issue and
he sent me what i needed at no charge.
don you rock. the only possible way you could have had these parts to me any faster is if you drove them up here yourself, still then i dont know if you would have been any quicker. thank you so much. looking forward to putting my RO/DI into service. from all that ive read, this is exactly what ive been needing. again thank you. your customer service is second to none.
A company is defined with how they react/act when a problem arises, not when everything goes smoothly.
AWI continues to proove they are a premier company worthy of our business.

Well, I guess I know who to buy my RO/DI system from.
If I had it to do over again, I would go with AWI. My Pure water club unit has been a nightmare! I regret not getting one from them.

it was crazy. i came home today and my g.friend asked me if i ordered something from "some company called air,water,ice". i told her i did that it was our RO/DI company. i figured don called to talk with me. then she told me i had a box in the mail. i about fell over in disbelief.
you just dont get that kind of service from just any company these days.
i cant wait to get it hooked up this weekend. this is the perfect water change/top off unit for all my tanks.

Service after the sale carries so much more weight with me than the actual sale. That is a testiment to a high quality store and superior customer service. Kudos to the AWI team.

ya know hackman, even if the unit had issues and leaked everywhere, i would still work through it. why? the customer service is exceptional.
CS is everything to me. i just cant wait to get it up and going.
buying water every week is a pain, not to mention it adds up over time too. i have my source where i buy my water. i trust them completely and they have always been good to me. its just starting to add up. little things in this hobby will break your bank. this system was right on time bro.

ive read a good bit about this system on the web.
should really help me out. couldnt find 1 person to
have anything negitive to say about this system or company.
usually you'll have that 1 person out there bashing
for some reason or another. didnt find a one bro.
