After picking up a quart of strawberries for Leo (a tortoise) My 12 year old daughter and I took a hawl to see Chris and his wife at Fish Scales. WHat a fun place to burn a couple hours, fish, corals, turtles, snakes, lizards, squirrels and great conversation.

Never had my daughter with me and enjoy herself as much as I did. Picked up a brealy used JBJ ATO systems, MJ900 pump and all, a Lamark Angel, GSP's and some pulsating xenia on a nice rock and barely made it over $100. I almost felt guilty not buying the refractometer I surely need.

As always it is my pleasure to play with and show some of my animals. The smiles that I get to see on the childrens faces are what makes all of this worth while!

Yes, I live right by this store and I love it. I'm just starting out in the saltwater hobby and I've visited this store a few times and Chris answers all my questions. He has been so much help and actually encouraged me to take my time and do my research first. Gotta love Leo too ! BTW Chris if your reading this I'm almost ready to purchase my first aquarium in the next 2 weeks. Do you have any 12 gallon nano cubes or 14 gallon biocubes for sale?
