Trying to get things squared away. I'm very close to buying my first home, but I think the HOA is going to require me to put up a privacy fence for my dogs. Anyone in the Athens area have an opinion on whom I should contact? I need to find someone who sells and installs. I know to look at Lowe's and Home Depot, but I'm wondering about private contractors.
