UNBELIEVEABLE, what more can you say (it's a good thing)
I put my order in for new halides, nothing special, they were due in basically within a week (give or take)... I can live with that as I had a lamp I could use even though it was totally out of spectrum (and my tank shows it with hair algae growing left hand side of the tank)
In the mean time, I took advantage of the Kent Marine sale on everything in stock and picked up some Tech-M to kill off the hair algae even though my lamp was screwed and another Kent phos reactor... no biggie
First set of lights come in and they're not right, something just not right with them, I call Jenn and tell her, she says I can bring them in so she can ship them out for replacament or she can get replacements before I bring in these not quite right lamps, I opt for bringing the lamps in before getting replacements...
IN THE MEAN TIME, I gave away my 250W out of spectrum lamp leaving me with just 440W of lighting rather than my normal 690W.... The left hand side of my tank is now showing signs of suffering due to limited lighting
GUESS WHAT, the new lamps came in wrong from the distributor...,ever seen a grown man ready to start crying, not a pretty sight!
AND JENN STEPS UP and says she's got a couple of 250W halides I can "borrow" until the "new new" lamps come in.
I went up there and the "loaner" lamps were waiting for me no questions!
I only have one question for anyone reading this...
WHERE ELSE are you going to get customer service like this?????
