I recently posted about a problem I encountered with an online retailer that had sold me an expensive light fixture, and their lack of concern in dealing with broken lamps and other problems.
I never imagined that the post would bring an offer from Jenn with Imagine Ocean to help fix the problem, but she reached out and went out of her way to correct the problem.
Jenn arranged for replacement lamps and ballasts to be shipped to her store, and one of her staff installed the items for me. It was a great experience that I am truly grateful for.
On top of it all - I learned I could have bought the same fixture from Imagine Ocean at the same price I paid online. Considering the difference in service, the ability to keep the money local and provide business to an ARC sponsor - this is how I intend to shop from now on.
