When Lateralus came out I was with my friends at Tower buying it at midnight. Danny Carry and Maynard showed up to see the crowd.

Maynard stayed to himself, but I got to have a fun conversation about time signatures with Danny Carry. That was for that show that sold out in under 5 minutes, not 15. I was 3rd in line for those tickets and did not get any. My friend in front of me did.

I like Tool, some of their songs are awesome, well at least the ones I have on my iPod that i can't listen to cause the Headphone Jack is screwed up and apple won't cover it even though its their problem along with the screen having a crap load of dead pixels.... end soapbox... to bad i can't afford tixs or i'd be in in seeing the concert too

The last show at Gwinnett Arena was pretty bada5s. I would see them again.

I saw them twice. Best concert by far other than getting to meet BB King at his show.
The visuals alone are worth the money, not to mention the music. Didn't get to here my song the first time, but the second show they busted it out. 46 + 2

Hopefully in around a month or so.. Jamie is trying to get her schedual ironed out and all.. Lateralus ended up being about 30 minutes or so with the drum solo.. When they started into Aenima the place erupted.. Felt like the whole place moved.. 10000 people all singing in unison about the end of days.. Can't beat it!

Glad you had a good time. I haven't been to a live show in years. Listened to some Tool songs and really not my style, but I'm getting, or should I say I am, old. Played in bands years ago every type of music you can think of. I'm from the Stones, Joplin, Who, Dead, Pink Floyd, Cream, Hendrix, Yes, Zeppelin, etc era. Seen all these guys and many others live. Only regret is I never got yo see the Beatles but did see McCartney once with Wings. Any way sounds like you had a great time got to go do a water change on baby seahorse.

went to their show last time.. had front row center. paid 325 a seat. i caught dannys drum stick, then had it taken away by a cop. long story.....anyways greatest band of all time

I had tickets to see tool in Dayton, oh on 9/12/2001. Needless to say it got cancelled and I haven't had another chance to see them.
