Anybody that was looking for one.....I saw 3 at Marine Fish just hours ago. I didn't see them eat, but they all looked very nice. There was even a smaller one for you folks with smaller tanks.:D

I picked up a nice sized female Lubbocks fairy while I was there.

Rit, I should have posted that. I was actually surprised. They were only $65. You better get up there quick to get the bigger one!

Yeah, those were the good old days. I remembered paying about $140.00 for a radiant wrasse after the discount of course. I think you can get those fish for $50.00 now.

Yeah, I was extremely pleased with their prices today. The female lubbocks was $45; not cheap, but not bad for a fairy wrasse. And to tempt those wrasse lovers, they have another pair of lubbocks still there. Male and Female are both only $45 each. The female that is still there is prettier than the one I got (more pink) but she was smaller, and my Lubbocks is about 1.5 years old in my tank, so he's a big boy. I had to get the larger, not as pretty female.

Keep in mind, when I say they have a "pair", I don't mean they are paired up; just that they have both a male and female in the same tank right now.

Oh, and Lee, yes, I remember when Copper Bands were going for upwards of $100 or so too.

I certainly 'aint complaining! I brought that pretty girl home with me. Then I had the bright idea that I would pull the male out of the tank so he wouldn't harrass her to death. I had to catch every bloomin' fish in my tank before the Lubbocks would go in the trap! Man that was a lot of work. But right now the happy couple are in a 10G QT with some live rock, "getting to know each other". ;)
