after years of dedicated service, my tunze 6101's were not running... the brand new 6105s were fine though.

so I tried cleaning them, ect, no help, intermittant function.

hit up roger on RC. mailed em off, and got them back a week later. he replaced the power supplies and sent it back. that is service... for 2 of them it was 120$ if I bought the replacements, and I didnt pay a dime. Im sure tunze is still ahead on my purchases. but I like that I can know if anything happens, itll probably be covered no questions asked.

Im sending both my waveboxes to be repaired by him this week. His customer service is awesome!!! I have heard only good things. Makes the money spent a little easier knowing that they wont stiff you and leave you hanging.

Kinda like expensive sunglasses. Costa Del Mars are guaranteed for life. Buy it once or buy it over and over

good point, Lee, but my only thing is I lose mine-so i guess they're not guaranteed to not be lost, huh? lol; I guess at those type prices, you have to keep up with them, though-lol

I used to lose sunglasses all the time riding on our waverunner. It's amazing how easy it is to hold on to a pair of sunglasses that costs $400. You never lose those things. Same with pens, I used to go through a few packs of Bic pens per semester. I bought one of those $12 Dr. Grip pens a few years ago and still have it.

Believe it or not I got a pair of $10 sunglasses last year in a pinch and am still wearing them. Cracked frame and all. Got a pair of Costas I've had for about 8 years I need to send in but I have no idea where they are.
