I was not sure how many of you had seen these, there was one set up at a show we attended on Tuesday. This new line looks impressive. The pictures are of the 57 gallon model which has a 36" x 18" footprint. Sorry about the photos, they were taken with my phone. The Oceanic rep said there would be two smaller sizes launching later in the year.
We pre-ordered several sets at the show, they are slated for delivery in early June. This particular set pictured utilizes an Oceanic Tech Series stand, Oceanic model 1 sump, and Coralife PRO fixture. The tanks are available standard or Reef Ready(we ordered Reef Ready only). The price point is good for a tank of this quality and design. It will definitely be a tank to brag about.
And yes there is a set of glass tops you can opt for(I have some of these ordered as well).

Gorgeous.
I saw on another site that they designed the stands to open on the sides as well. Very smart design.

Are they rimless? I can't make the pics big enough to tell.
thanks
Sorry, just saw the name. I guess it helps to read before you post.

Yeah they have no top trim. The pics aren't the best quality because I took them with my phone. I will see if I can enlarge them in Photoshop without losing detail.
Yes, the stands open on the sides as well so you can easily access everything...very neat indeed. The Tech stands have been around for a bit.

No success with enlarging the pics. I Googled for the tank and here are some larger pics I found.

At last, a rimless tank that doesn't cost a fortune. I think I see one in my future.
I have an Oceanic Premium 37G I wonder how easy it would to be to make it trimless?
I bet the glass is like a razer blade under the trim!

I just recently bought an Oceanic 30 cube, was REALLY impressed with the glass thickness! the glass is thicker on this cube than my last 65g tank.
I'd bet the upper trim could be removed, but I'm not going to try it
