From all of us at Imagine Ocean - a huge thank you to all of the ARC members and clients who showed your support for our 7th Anniversary Sale!

The sale exceeded our expectations, projections and hopes. Best sale ever!

We were pleasantly surprised by the number of first-time customers who came. And of course, we always appreciate repeat business. It was great to see our regulars, some we hadn't seen in a while, and it was a pleasure to meet some of you for the first time, and we hope to see *all* of you again soon!

I'll be restocking the sold-out items this week, so anyone who didn't get the frozen foods or Aquavitro products that sold out more quickly than we'd anticipated, will be able to get what you need. I'm going to continue the BOGO on Frozen Foods and the Special on Aquavitro for another week or so. We apologize for the inconvenience of not having enough on hand toward the end of the sale, but we'll get you taken care of ASAP!

The remainder of the Seachem Reef Salt from the Group Buy will be in later this week also - and we really appreciate how everyone worked with us on that with the unforeseen supplier shortage.

While it was crazy busy at times, in particular on Sunday, everyone was awesome, and we hope we got you taken care of with the attention you deserve. We look forward to serving you again, and perhaps have more time to get to know some of you better, and talk tanks when things aren't so rushed.

Now it's time to give those coral tanks a good scrub, and get them refilled with more corals!

With much gratitude,

Jenn, Brian, Scott, Jen & Tony

YOUR Imagine Ocean Team!

It was our pleasure!

I've been spending the day regrouping and making orders to re-stock! We'll have plenty more goodies soon!

Didn't get a chance to make it out this weekend, but thanks again for organizing the group buy on the seachem reef and for holding one of those blue clove polyp frags for me. It's doing great in the lps tank!

Glad to hear it!

We've had so much positive feedback - we're still smiling!

We appreciate you all very much.

My cloves are also doing great as is the Pagoda.

I know the shroom rock I got isn't everyones cup of tea because they aren't blue or red but I have never seen any like them and they look awesome.

The other piece I bought has polyp extension but doesn't glow blue under my halides like it did under yours but it is in a frag rack under the 1/2 glass center brace so I'm hoping when we re-scape it will glow.

As already mentioned earlier, thank YOU for this amazing sale. I was one of the first time customers and a "gambler" that went Sunday, but still got to pick up some incredible pieces including a huge monti cap with neon green polyps and the stylo.

In a hobby that's pretty expensive, I've never left a store with so much (literally a box-worth) and paid so little.

Plus, despite the busy waves of customers while I was there, service was top notch with a helpful staff that was ready to answer any questions; even got complimentary jokes for laughs ;P

Definitely will return to use my reef reward credit haha, and hope those Watanabei angels come in soon.

Thanks again for holding such an event.

Heh our "jokes" often garner more groans than laughs .

Yes, you got some cherry stuff - I was surprised some of those were left by the time you got there - we'd been so busy. I'm glad that Stylo got a home :) You got that on the second trip back in!!

Merchandise we ran out of (Aquavitro, frozen foods) should be all stocked up again by tomorrow afternoon. Fish/Corals coming in Saturday.

Some of the nice fish that are still here have been spoken for - we'll get more but they will be held for several days before they can go home, but folks can speak for them when they arrive.

The balance of the Seachem Salt should be here tomorrow afternoon too - so we can get that one done and finished too :)

It was a lot of fun. It was hard work - lots of late nights, but definitely worth it, and I'm glad that people felt they got good value - as well as good service. I was a bit afraid that with it being so busy, we wouldn't be able to serve folks with the usual care and attention that we give, just because there were so many - but we've had a lot of great feedback, and that's very much appreciated.

Like I said earlier - I hope we see everyone again, and this time we'll have more time to get to know our newer customers better, and look forward to serving you in the future.
