Congrats yall.

Great Sale Jenn! Half of what I looked at the other day was there this morning so I'm pretty happy about that and very happy with what I did get.

Last night the clutch master cylinder went out in my truck.....after a long day and a tow home I worked into the night to repair it so I could be there bright and early. Linda and I got up @ nine so I could bleed it!

11:30 is when Linda and I got there...I went and bought us two chairs.

I went nextdoor and got us Mexican which we ate in front of your store on a cardboard box!

Can't wait until next year and for those of you that sat on the sidelines....If you saw the Pagoda coral I got for the price I paid you would be sick that you didn't make it out!

I made it out there, however I would say all the cool stuff was bought :-( I'll tell ya, it was one heck of a drive, but definitely worth it. I will be back :-)

Seedless,
You snagged the pagoda I scoped out! I guess you were #1 yesterday. I was #5.

I saw that Pagoda last week!...

There was another one with it and someone took that one.

I really had my eye on the purple monti cap but I knew that wouldn't be around.

The cap went on Saturday :)

I still have a big pagoda. And 14 more nice colonies and two "ugly ducklings" that we'll stick in the prop tank to fill out a bit more.

I still have an encrusting Monti, some Scolymias, a yellow Porites, a couple of Favias and some Pocillipora that I can see. One torch too -surprised that didn't go.

I still have a Purple Tang, Tomini Tang, Yellow Flanked Fairy and some other nice fish left too - I didn't think those would be left behind :)

Oh well - that's a bit of stock to build on as I restock everything. I love getting new corals in, it's like Christmas :)

I sure wanted that rusty angel; saw him getting bagged as we were leaving so it was off to a new home.

Can't get any fish right now as all ours are in hospital tanks while the 180g remains fallow.

Yellow flanked fairy wrasse ... is that one of the wrasses that cannot be housed with a 6Line? Also, how long can you hold a fish after it's purchased?

(Loren, don't be reading this post)

I've kept a Six Lined with a few different kinds of fairy. This one is beefy. He's on our website: http://imagine-ocean.com/newsletter_3.htm Scroll to the bottom, right corner picture. He's been here a while and I'm surprised he didn't go - he's a gorgeous specimen.

As to my "hold" policy... I will hold him on your honor for one week, pay when you take him home. That way if something "happens" (he jumps or whatnot) - I don't owe you back etc. That has always worked best for me, keeps it simple that way. 99% of people are as good as their word, and the 1% that aren't - well I won't hold for them again. If you change your mind etc., as long as you let me know, no harm, no foul. Like I said - most folks are good with things that way so that's how I do it. :)

I'd love to get this fish, but I won't have a Q/T available until 4/30. Loren won't let me set up yet another tank while all ours are in the hospital tanks.

Just out of curiousity -- ever get any females?

JennM

Depends :) Sometimes the identify males and females sometimes they don't.

I can hold til 4/30 if you wish - that's close enough to a "week" - just let me know :)

Cheers,
Jenn

I'll work on the boss and let you know!!

Probably have to do a lot of favors and buttering-up. Dangit, this fish could cost me a lot of toe-nail clippings, pimple poppings and back shavings, but he'd be worth it!!

(Just kidding on the back-shavings. Jewboy doesn't have much hair)
