If any of you ever went to an Up The Creek restaurant in the Atlanta area you know the ones I am talking about. We are selling all 6 remaining 300+ gallon set ups from the local stores. I am still getting all the details on these systems as they vary slightly from store to store. All set ups have the tank and sumps. Lighting type varies by tank and some include a return pump, some don't.

I am posting this to see what kind of interest members of the club and others they know may have in purchasing these set ups. We will be going around to all the locations next week and taking photos, inventory, and dimensions. They will be put up for sale on our website, eBay, Craigslist, etc by the end of next week.

Pass the word around to anyone you think might be interested and feel free to ask any questions. The owners have requested cash only for payment, but we might be able to arrange credit card payments through us. Reasonable offers will be accepted.

A little additional info on these tanks.

As I mentioned previously, these tanks include different items.

Snellville- tank, metal halide/PC lighting, wet/dry sump, NO pump
Cumming- tank, flourescent lighting, wet/dry sump, INCLUDES pump
McDonough- tank, wet/dry sump, NO pump, not sure on lighting type
Conyers- tank only
Cascade- tank, wet/dry sump, INCLUDES pump, not sure on lighting type
Tara Blvd- tank, wet/dry sump, NO pump, not sure on lighting type

I had a few people ask me whether they come with stands, etc. These aquariums had custom enclosures. The company is willing to let these go with the tanks. However these have metal frames that are bolted to the foundation. Buyer will have to have the enclosures removed.

They are willing to let these sets go for $1250 each. Cash is prefered by the seller, but we will accept credit card or PayPal payments through us. A 3% processing fee will be added to cover the payment fees.

Please note: These restaurants are no longer in business and the locations are locked up. In order to view the aquariums in person we will need to meet a representative for the company to be let in. Therefor please only request to see the aquariums for serious inquiries. Thank you for looking!

seems a little pricey, especially since they are coming out of a restaurant that went out of business. About half that price sounds a little more likely. You prob have better luck on Craigslist, people on there are a little less knowledgeable about the going rates for used fish stuff.
