I think you have to go through an on-site system and then it tells you how to proceed with paypal. I can't get through the first screen where you verify your name, and the error details say that my name field is empty, if I understand it right. Tried it on multiple computers.

i tried to rejoin tonight and i had that problem i was using Firefox try internet explorer also some one probably knows the pay pal account and just send it $30 and then you have the prof you need for the stores and some one will fix your acount status which is easy for eny admin to do

My issue are happening with IE, not Firefox.
