The newest additions to my collection! These are one hour old! (if you don't count the 22 days that Dad held on to them!) I think there are 17 in this batch. I still have about 15 O. Clowns that are now 10 days old and starting to look like fish, as well as about 25 cleaner shrimp (that still don't resemble anything) and about 10-15 Threadfin Cardinals that are also about 8 DPH (and don't look much bigger than the cleaner shrimp).

You are the fish whisperer....so cool!
Are those toothpicks in a ball or a sea urchin?

Fry them up! :D Takes a lot to make a meal though!
Once they get big enough, they are for sale. The real challenge is the length of time it takes for them to reach a releasable size. If they are moved to soon it puts a lot of stress on the fish and they are more likely to die from shock. For the Bangaii Cardinals that's probably about 75-90 days... that takes a lot of care and feeding and lots can go wrong. I have the utmost respect for the folks out there that are raising clowns and other fish, it's a lot of work to feed, clean and maintain the fish and systems. Not to mention all the rotifers and brine shrimp you have to hatch and raise!

Thanks! Yes, that's their fake urchin made from toothpicks and that stuff you use to mount frags. I tried live long spine urchins but they make WAY too much poop and you can't keep the tank clean. The little guys don't seen to know the difference!

Bob,
I'd be up for some for my new chalice tank. I'd buy themor trade some corals for them. Put me on your list when they are releasable please.
