If they spawned once, they will probably start spawning every 2 weeks.
Duluth is not that far from here (near Watkinsville). I usually harvest the eggs the night of the hatch or one night before. You can tell when they get silver tips (the iris has formed in the eyes) that they are about 24 hours from hatch.
