Just wanting to clarify, are the True Christmas Island wrasses actually reef safe?

They can be an issue with some snails and crabs but are typically kept in a reef setting. I have been feeding him meaty foods and throwing him empty shells here and there. I have had them for 2 weeks now.

I consider x-mas wrasses as "reef safe". They are at least coral safe which is the most important thing imo. If they take a few inverts from time to time I wouldn't care but I've seen a few of these and they've always behaved nicely.

Hey Chris what kind of Leopard wrasse is it?
