FutureInterest 12-16-2008, 3:36 PM Just thought I would let people know of a site with some interesting fish deals... I've ordered from them once in the past and had good success with em.
They have borbonius anthius for a mere 69. This is the same fish that has gone for up to 300 and its the same one that those poor shmucks were selling at the fish market as food :).
They also have copper banded butterflies which in itself is not remarkable but they do not sell them unless they are already eating pe mysis. Everything they sell with the exception of the blue ribbon eel is sold only if its eating from my understanding.
I know there is always a huge interest in CBB that will do well in captivity around here, and that's a killer deal for that type of anthias. They are not sponsors but a deal is a deal...
Buy some anthias and ill pick up a CBB. :)
FutureInterest 12-16-2008, 3:50 PM lol. IF you place the order I might tag along :).
The fish that really has me tempted is the bellus angel pairs (http://www.vividaquariums.com/10Expand.asp?ProductCode=01-1131-10). The females are stunning as bright blue is so hard to find in a reefsafe fish... I just don't have space for more fish right now...
Brazilian 12-16-2008, 3:50 PM cool find...
if you guys thinking about place a order, i'm in for a cleaner wrasse
thedeper 12-16-2008, 3:51 PM If anyone has any information on the care of the Borbonious I would like to know- I have always been in awe of these fish for some reason and for that price id really like to grab some (but can't find them on the page).
FutureInterest 12-16-2008, 3:59 PM Bordonius anthis just sold out. Alright... who bought em? :)
thedeper 12-16-2008, 4:01 PM Yeah really, and if you have more than 1-share the wealth with me.
cool find...

Please dont get a cleaner wrasse, get a neon goby. Cleaner wrasses have extremely high mortality rates in captivity and are highly beneficial to the well being of the reef from which they are removed. This is one fish that is best left in the ocean since a neon goby looks so similar.
Derek_S 12-16-2008, 4:10 PM I bought 3.... :)
I had been stalking NYA since last time they had them in stock at that price a few weeks ago.
Brazilian 12-16-2008, 4:11 PM bro... I cant keep goby's on my tank ... they just desapear
thedeper 12-16-2008, 4:17 PM Derek, I do not know you that well-but I don't like you...Haha, jk. Throw up some pictures of them when you get em in. Awesome grab.

I will soon. FYI, they hate the light. Hoping they get braver as the acclimate to it.
Derek_S 12-16-2008, 6:37 PM Tim has 2 on his order as well. He might be competitive on the price for a local store.

To be honest, $69 is at or below wholesale on these guys, from most wholesalers. I can't touch it.
Derek_S 12-19-2008, 5:06 PM NYA just got bimaculatus anthias in too. Woot!
FutureInterest 12-19-2008, 5:09 PM And purp queens. Are you going to order again?
Derek_S 12-19-2008, 5:11 PM Jin, I contacted him about the purple queens.
First of all they had them in but the picture was of a lyretail. I told them, and they changed it ;)
Secondly, he told me they dont have the queens eating before shipping.
Boo hoo
BUT, the price is good on the queens. If I have success with my two, I may order 2-4 more to complete my set. haha
FutureInterest 12-19-2008, 5:15 PM What about the bimacs? Did he say they were eating?
Derek_S 12-19-2008, 5:17 PM I honestly didnt ask about them. I contacted him earlier today, before they posted them. I just emailed him though, and the response was very rapid.
Their prices are rediculous.

FutureInterest 12-19-2008, 5:28 PM Yah its a good price on them. They also have a mitratus butterfly! Anyone up for an order from them?
Its kind of wierd how they take a lot of pics of the guy actually holding them out of water... :)
Derek_S 12-19-2008, 5:32 PM If you order let me know. I may get something....
thedeper 12-19-2008, 6:20 PM They are going to have some more Borbonious on Monday-I would be down for 1-2 of them or something else maybe if people want to order.
