Does anyone else find it difficult to search for old threads using the "search" feature?

For examples, I wanted to find the "Useful items and where to find them" thread started several years ago.

Type "useful and items" into the search feature and you get 495 possible threads with no choice to search the subset.

Fortunately, I remember the thread was started by mojo, so if you search for threads started by mojo and keyword = item, then 5 results pop up, and there it is.

However, as the content on this site gets larger, it may be useful to develop a more powerful search function.

Has anyone else been frustrated by the search feature here?

Did you go to advanced search and click titles only? I just searched it and found it pretty easy

Also ... is the search feature more *user friendly* for paid members? Before I got my membership, I was always getting "0 results found." But once I paid, the search engine was a breeze. My imagination?
