Deffinately looks like there's some interest in a Group Buy here. I think it's been awhile since we've run one with your club so I thought I'd just post up our general Group Buy procedure to help get things organized. We'll need someone to volunteer to receive the package and distribute the livestock, of course. Let us know who that's going to be and when and where you want us to ship.

Everyone else, place your orders directly with us either by phone (toll free, 877-887-5224) or on our website and let us know you're with the Atlanta club group buy. We can't hold anything for you until we receive your order, it gets too complicated. Nothing will actually be billed until the order ships out. That way we can make sure everyone gets the correct discount, and divide up the shipping and box charge evenly between everyone who places an order.

We'll put everyone's names or initials on their items, so it will be easy sort out who gets what.

I'm in and live in Smyrna. I could coordinate if that works. Only problem is, my tank is small so ALL corals and livestock need to be picked up the day they arrive. Let me know who's in. It seems to me that all that the coordinator needs to do is distribute the corals since we can all call in our orders individually.
I'm about 1 mile off of 285 and S Cobb Drive, so pretty accessable.

Wow, great CS I just got a call confirming. I didn't even have to call them.

Just a weekend update. We've got 4 frags ordered, which means we need 6 more to make the discount. If all of our 'maybe' folks get their orders in over the weekend we should have no trouble making the minimum, so get those orders in folks! We'd like to ship out Tuesday, so we need to get orders in by Monday so we can confirm the discount with everyone. Those of you have already ordered, thanks and go remind your friends!
