Please contact us directly.

Thank you,

Under the rules of the sponsorship agreement, you are required to give members 10% discount for all items unless there's a specific exemption approved by the Board of Directors. If this is not the case, the Board needs to know so that the store may be put under review.

I was going to order something, but that coupon code is only a 5% discount. I thought it was a 10% discount.

We can't offer an across the board 10% discount on all products. You would need to email or call us if you would like to discuss what you are planning to order. Anything over 5% is on a case by case basis.

5% does not comply w this rule...Considering they do drygoods. Who does comply? 5% with no sales tax is better than any discount on drygoods with any of our sponsors.

Was getting ready to place an order expecting 10% discount. Do you really only go to 5%? I can get that from lots of vendors via Reef Central discounts. Also, pretty much everyone does free shipping over $175 so that is a wash too it would seem. Let me know, hoping to order today.

Ruh-Roh! Quite a bees' nest!

Yeah.. advertising on the board is pretty well limited to sponsors only... and sponsors pretty much have to go through a review process and offer 10% across the board...

Just the rules... otherwise, every store from wherever would place a thread on the board saying "Hi ARC!" and there would be no value for the sponsors.

EDIT:

For example, here's a new sponsor... see how they did it.... http://www.atlantareefclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=51266

I recently purchased two VorTech MP 60s from Aquarium Specialty and got great Customer Service from Scott and Kelly. Glad your firm is part of the ARC Family.

They are awesome! Move a ton of water. As a matter of fact, I have to turn them down to about 80% or every other day I am refilling the valley they make in my 300 from blowing my substrate around, and digging out corals from the sandbed that get covered. The undertow they generate is unbelievable.
