Question: Has anyone had an issue with being kicked or signed off while browsing threads and such? I will sign in (and click remember me) when I first get to the ARC site and then I will click on a thread to read it and I am no longer signed in. No error message or anything, just no longer signed in. AND it will not remember my screen name. Its a minor inconvenience, but one none the less.

I am sure its just a setting on my computer as it happens at home on my laptop but not at work on my desktop. (:eek: Hope big brother watching my computer doesn't mind! LOL)

Something about cookies, do you have them enabled in your browser?

you have to allow 3rd party cookies:
click the tools tab at the top of the browser window
select the "options" setting at the bottom of the list
select the privacy tab at the top of the window that popped up
2nd section down you will see a box that says allow 3rd party cookies
check it
done


at least that worked for me

make sure cookies are enabled if u are using IE, and go in and delete all of your cookies in case it's corrupted.

Also make sure you always go to http://www.atlantareefclub.org (not .com).

Thank you! It looks like I had a double issue, did not have the cookies enabled and was using .com not .org.
