I'm missing something I think...what's not consistent?

@acropora, a PM will suffice...no need to be rude. I've been extremely busy with things so sometimes things slip. I don't have full access to administrative tools from work so there is a chance I'll forget by the time I get home. You'll not go very far on this site by being rude to the folks that keep this stuff going (on our own dime, btw).

I dont think ARC designs the banners.....Im pretty sure its the responsibility of the sponsor to give the banner to the admins.
