What ever happened to the good old days we used to pick up the phone and actually talked to people...

Well basically, I am unemployed, college student, live over an hour away.
1) If I lived local, I would just drive there get my answer face to face.
2) In my situation, it is cheaper to ask here than to call and increase my
phone bill due to LD charges which in turn would take away from the
amount of money that I would have available to pay for the gas to go
pick up and pay for the items I need.
3) Why can others ask similar type questions and I am suddenly not supposed
to have the same ability to do so?
4) Do not read this as my being angry or upset, I am merely pointing out why
I chose to ask here.
5) Oh one last one, I hate to play phone tag. I figured the answer to the
questions posed would be something that may not get determined fast
enough to get the answer on the first call thus requiring the phone tag
situation.
Oh, well, forget that I asked. Wish I could just remove the thread. :unsure:
