I have to let everyone know what great customer service I recieved from Sam at Aqua Buys. Many of you know I bought a used 125 gal setup from a friend a couple of years ago. My external pump burned up the other night, so I went to Aqua Buys to replace it. Sam, after asking me a few questions, recommended that I change to a smaller submersible pump. After several months of dealing with Sam, I have learned to trust his judgement. So I bought the recommended pump, and as I was walking out the door Sam added "remember its risk free, if it doesn't work bring it back". Well Sam, not only did you save me $125, it worked, and worked great, in fact you were 100% correct It eliminated the micro-bubble problem and there is a lot less noise.
