Thiis product rocks. It works exactly as advertised and immediately with no adverse effects on your coarls or fish. It's natural and bio-degrades . It's easy to use thanks to the two different shaped nozzles that attach to the syringe. The unit is easy to clean as well. The syringe with the two nozzles would be an excellent tool for target feeding corals with any fine slurry mixture you use. I paid $10.99 for this poduct on Marine Depot but saw if later for $8.98 on another website. I would gladly pay $29.99 for it because it works so well. I would highly recommend this product.
No matter how good we are about our maintenance, we're all gonna get Aiptasia at one time or another.

Sue, have you ever used joe's juice, kalk paste or lime juice before this? I've never had any luck with aptasia control, besides boiling them in water and scrubbing them afterwards. Its been a few weeks, any signs of return?

I know my question is kinda after the fact but I was wondering if it worked as well on majano's? Aiptasia is a problem in my tank but nothing compared to the majano's that I used to think were neat. Let me know if it would work with them as well. Currently I'm using Joe's Juice or kalkwasser that I mix myself.

A thick kalk paste will work on anything....corals included that are being pesky! I wouldn't personally waste money on products when you can buy Mrs. Wedges Pickling Lime for $3.50 from Kroger that does the same thing!

I like hot lemon juice in a syringe for aptasia, personally. If forms a little cloud that sinks a bit but mostly stays in a cloud around the target. Plus if you inject the base with the stuff, the anemone will let go and you can suck it up in a turkey baster.
Many people using aptasia-x and joe's juice / limewasser say that they see that the aptasia sometimes comes back or lives long enough to spew out tiny babies, but if you inject with this stuff and it lets go, then you pretty well have it made.
For majanos, the best tip I ever got was to cover it with a little piece of shell or LR. It will climb up on top of the shell or LR to get back in the light, and then you can just pull it out of the tank without having to worry about trying to kill it. Works great!

Awesome!
As far as the aptaisia x- I think they only reason it works better is because of the metal syringe like tip. It has the potential to penitrate better. A real syringe and boiling water does the job for me.

Great tip for the majanos! I have used Joe's on them but they come back just weird looking. I will try it out.
