He needs room to swim!!! benjamintran1906 06-18-2008, 1:03 PM link doesn't work nickmg 06-18-2008, 3:41 PM As a fellow Nano Reefer (Oceanic 30 Cube with sump), please accept this as things I have learned in this hobby and dont get mad :) the Yellow Tang needs a big tank because they love to swim around, you can easily trade him in to a store for credit for more frags or sell him to a fellow reefer here, or better yet get a bigger tank and put everything in there. Also the Anenome is going to need strong light, you dont mention what kind of lighting you have , stock? The horseshoe crab will get very big and knock over everything in your tank, they are not really suited for a larger tank let alone a small nano Starfish are great creatrures to look at but also do horribly in a nano, they feed off the sandbed and in a nano aquarium they use the food very quickly, I made the same mistake and mine lasted maybe 2 weeks. Other than that tank looks great!!!!! BigC07 06-18-2008, 4:57 PM Hey guys! I agree with you on the tang, Im am going to be getting a 90 gallon tank in a week or to so he will be going in there. Also the horseshoe crab will be going with him. But for the starfish he has been in there for a long time now and seems to be loving it. oh yea I have a 150 watt MH. Thanks for all the replies! |
