I just want everyone to know how great the customer service is a www.premiumaquatics.com (http://www.premiumaquatics.com) . I ordered an ASM mini g skimmer, which had a chip in the neck assembly upon delivery. I tried to contact them immediately and left a message. They called back the same day, which was last Friday, a holiday weekend. I was instructed to send in some pics of the damage. I was contacted on Tuesday and told they were backordered on a replacement. So, they sent me an Octopus NW-110 instead. It arrived today. Gotta love free upgrades.:yay:
