Hey Chris,

I will be coming down one day this week or maybe this weekend. I was wondering if the 30" light strips could be used to fit over a 20g. Its only 24" long but wasnt sure if there was some way to mod it to be used. Thats a great price for a light with bulbs.

I will also be needing some more snails and crabs for my brothers 75g as well as some RO. I will let ya know about what day I will be able to head down there.

I have 3 of the 30" strips you are asking about. They fit a 36" tank almost perfect. I think they would be just a tad to long for a 20g. Hagen makes a 24" 2 bulb T5HO fixture that would be perfect for a 20g.

I've actually got a 24" one for ya! Found it right before you posted!
