i am recently a new member and i have been wondering about how long does it take for the ARC member card to come?? are there any fees??

I've written up some guidelines about membership (http://www.atlantareefclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=893) and about receiving your card (http://www.atlantareefclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=892). It appears that you've joined the forums, but not for membership. The forums are all free for use, although somewhat limited access in areas, and you can't get the 10% discount at our sponsor stores (http://www.atlantareefclub.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=7)without ARC membership.
