I have a 1971 Scotty Hilander camper that I had dreams of restoring but given my subdivision rules, it's been near impossible to work on.

I won't say it's in great condition, because it's not. I does have a few spots where the wood has rotted and should be replaced. One of the cabinets was bad so I yanked it and started to build another. Some of the cushions were bad so I tossed all the foam and bought new foam...some of the fabric did not survive.

Comes with ball hitch and a cover :-) It has all of the original trim, wheels and the remaining cabinets are in good condition as well as the bed. I have a futon matress in the back for the couch bed and an AC that I've not installed (just a standard window unit).

But we do use it on occasion so it's still serviceable.

It's a great project for someone that has the space to work on it and the tools.

$1000 or trade. I'm looking for lenses for my canon, live rock (will trade at $3/lb), etc. Or looking for maintance work on my house including interior painting, carpets, flooring and minor repairs.

I can post pics but I need to go out to the storage lot and shoot them.

This is a pic of what the look like..it is not a picture of mine

I have seen these at campgrounds and are very cool. Too bad about your subdivision. I bet I could have saved alot in gas money towing that accross the country last summer. LOL

I might tell my neighbors to eff off and work on it. But not sure if it's worth the long term fight.
