We have added a small new feature to highlight our sponsors. ARC sponsors will have a gold logo like this http://www.atlantareefclub.org/forums/images/arcsponsor.jpg
So, if you see this logo next to a member, behave and be nice ;)

As a screaming member of the ACLU I find it unjust that certain people should be singled out and given something better than me.

I believe we should have a socialist, redistribution of wealth and all get gold logos. We should TAKE the gold logo from the sponsors and share it with those of us who feel slighted that these people worked hard to get that logo.

And, no, I am not just saying that as a democrat... but now that your bring it up, we might be doing another ARC frag swap towards the end of the year, and as such, remind me that you do not get free frags, paid for by the membership as a whole for your poor little tanks...

First constructive comment…Holy crap... didn't mean to do that. I do like the idea and implementation though.

I also re-made the normal ARC member logo to be much more "3D" and modern. And no one noticed... (sniff)... :)

We could make another one - a silver one or something, and assign it to BoD members or something? Or maybe gold for BoD and silver for sponsors? I'm not sure Gold/Silver/Bronze is a good way to distinguish people though- people may get bent out of shape because sponsors would appear to be on a "higher level" than normal people or somethign else stupid....

Anyway - we're open to suggestions.

Could just do a green background for BoD members... shouldn't be any controversy there.

Or it could have the same logo and instead of ARC Member it could say ARC BoD Member

Wasn't sure they would want to be pointed out, but I like it.

I figured it would help forum members identify them if there's a problem that needs to be addressed. I've also seen some forums show a list of online moderators, which wouldn't be a bad idea.
