Since I love cars I thought I would ask the burning question. What did you think of the new Knight Rider? I thought it was ok. That's it. The car was sweet, the acting blew, and it was neat to see the Hoff. LOL :)

I have to say, overall the show blows. The car isn't even as coopl as the original kitt; it's okay and I don't like the voice. I hate that it is some sort of psychotherapist now; what's up with that?

LOL. yea the the voice blows. The Hoff was at the end. He and the new Michael spoke after the funeral. The old Kitt was better. I wonder if it is going to be a series?

I'm a car snob on this. I think they could have and should have gone for something more exotic (American or otherwise) that I'd believe could perform like Kitt.

I agree on the voice. It's not like William Daniels is dead or even retired.

I missed it due to a term paper but I think it is supposed to be a series. Although if the pilot didnt go that well it might not be one.......I always thought this would be a perfect opportunity to push the new Chevy Cam but when I saw it was a new mustang, I was a bit depressed. Dont get me wrong, I love stangs, but it just isnt exotic enough like George said.

It just wasn't right having the Knight 2000 not be a Trans Am. The whole show was just a Ford commercial with bad acting. By the way KITT or Knight Industires Two Thousand doesn't refer to the car itself, but to the computer inside the Knight 2000.

It was a stupid show 15-20 years ago and it still stupid lol

they did make a spin off before the movie and it really sucked.
