I am looking for someone who is a webmaster or one in their spare time and does the art/design as well. I can pay cash, equipment, frags or some combination. Anyway, it isn't overly complex and I could do it myself but time is hard to come by these days for me.

I don't know what Sam can do but I am looking for something more sophisticated than the AquaBuys website. Some PHP/cgi and forum software manipulation will be needed. No Flash or ActiveX though.

Something more sophisticated than my own work such as www.cameroncole.com (http://www.cameroncole.com) and www.medsuite.net (http://www.medsuite.net) (you can't see the hard part which is Webtrack a C#/SQL app I designed and helped write).
