Here are the first pics. My basement, the area that will be my fish room. The beginning of the stand. Since the picture I have added more support. I hope to have the right side of tank exposed. To the right of the tank frame in a door to access the fish room.
It is black so hard for detail to show up. But for me being a certifiable half @##er, so not a bad job, kind of proud of it. The best part about the trim is it did not cost me any money. I used scrap from previous projects, and dumpster diving at my job sites. Also got cabinet doors from when my company shut down an old design center. Still painting a cabinet door and drawer front. The soon to be worked on "fish room" is behind the tank. Some day I will add water.

i see a really nice tank soon.
I noticed my first posts were now almost 2 months ago. I finally got my sump set. My overflow plumbing complete, and now moving salt water around. Thanks Alex (Navyreefer) for the 55 gallon I am using for my sump. I still have a long way to go. Figuring how to hang my metal halides. Running more dedicated circuits. I did not think I was ever going to get this one return bulkhead from leaking. I did say a few choice words. All of the rock sitting in the tank at this time is cultured rock. All pieces I have made and have either been curing for months, been in my 75 gallon tank, or my sump.
Full tank shot, frogspawn, few frags and my recent liveaquaria buy ( Hippo tang). The tang is beautiful, the true blue color is not showing in pic. Did not have time to photoshop (or ability)
