We have the entire rest of the boards. The new forums (which I think are a terrific idea -- thanks, LorenK & mojo) are for nano-specific and large-tank-specific issues).

Just another confirmation of what many women have been saying all along.

"size matters"

;)

(well? sooner or later, SOMEONE was going to say it in this thread)

There isn't a hard line in the sand (no pun intended....well maybe a bad one). My take is, if you've got big tank questions--like "I can't clean my 30" deep tank with out a mask and snorkel;) how do you guys do it" then post 'em here.

I say we tell those big tank and little tank people to stick to their own in their own section of the forums. I don't want their "kind" around here any more.

Easy solution: maintain 3 tanks... nano, mid-range & biggie.

Ta-da!

If you all don't mind, I'm going to round up these two threads and put them with the site suggestion thread on SIGs.

SIGs are not meant to be exclusive. Anyone can post in them. But they do have an intent, which is to foster discussion on specific aspects of the hobby.

Some other good suggestions have been Fish Propogation and Sea Horses. If other folks voice up in support of specific ideas, we can then figure out which ones are good to add.

Once again, these are not meant to be exclusive and the size recommendations were mostly copied from other sites in order to set some loose guidelines.

Thanks.

Hope folks do not mind...I'm going to merge this with the other thread in this topic area and move them over to the Site Suggestion Area.

Intent of the SIGs is not to be exclusive so please post in them to help them be successful.
