You can look at ORA's website for pictures and I can try to get pictures of the one's in stock. They are the same species and should look very similar to each other. The ORA are tank raised and the other ones are wild caught.
Just let me know which ones you want.
Tim,

Victor626nj 01-23-2008, 9:55 PM tim how much are they going to coast when you can get them ...the picasso clowns that is
tim8111 01-23-2008, 9:56 PM Here is an email from ORA. I asked about the Picaso clowns and here is the email response:
"Ok, so as for your Picasso question... We have 2 "grades" of picassos; "A" (like the picture on the webpage) and "B" or semi-picassos which come from the same broodstock pairs but do not have the complete tail bar or connecting bars. There is a considerable price difference between these fish as well. We almost always have the semi-picassos available however the full "A" grades are very limited and we aren't expecting any for at least 2 weeks (probably more like a month). They are just too small to ship right now. We have a limit of 2 "A" grades and 4 "B" grades per customer."
So the 2 Type A are already spoken for. Does anyone want the 4 type B clowns?

xokarmaxo 01-23-2008, 11:06 PM :yay: for Picasso's!!~
Just some "FYI" on the "Type B" Picasso's. I've seen some of them and they are just as awesome as the "Type A" Picasso's, although they don't have the tail stripe. The middle bar is just as "puzzle-piece" looking as the others.
ORA also has naked clowns (ocellaris) that are absolutely adorable as well! Have they said anything about them being available, Tim? :fish:
BTW.... awesome bonus deals you are offering!!
LorenK 01-23-2008, 11:16 PM If you all are curious, this thread from RC has pics of the granulosa, nathans deepwater and the enchinata. Really nice pieces...wonder how big the frags are.

Here is a quote from ORA website:
"ORA is now producing the best, most diverse and healthy stony coral fragments in the aquarium industry. ORA coral frags (fragments) are well encrusted to the base on which they are grown. They are never sold until they are fully matured as individual coral colonies. Our corals are true hobbyist frags, designed to be grown-out in the home aquarium. They range in size from 2- 4 inches, and are mounted on 1/2" inch diameter plastic plugs. ORA frags are truly aquacultured specimens, 6 or 7 generations removed from the original wild colonies. No tissue or skeleton of wild brood-stock corals remain."
You can check out pictures here as well (http://www.orafarm.com/corals.html)

The list I posted is all that is currently available.
No I don't get to see pictures and choose. I get what I get. I can request certain colors. Asides, ORA wouldn't be as well known or sought after if they sold bad quality.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Thanks,
Tim
xokarmaxo 01-25-2008, 10:07 AM Thanks for the info.
Tim, I'll still take those 2 Picasso's!~ :D
Inbred or not, I'll still love them as if they were the most genetically healthy fish in the world!~ :fish:
.... this is my preference of fish right now and is what I want. All I can do is hope for the best!
