I wondered why everyone's avatar was a bit small, and then I finally looked at the settings. I've bumped up everyone to allow for up to 150x150 or 20kb for an avatar.

I've also upgraded the profile picture for everyone - you can now post up to a 700x300 pixel picture for your profile.

It'd be great if we could start getting people to post their own picture so we can start to associate a name with a face. I'll be the first to say that I'd rather not have my own mug up there, but I'll go first, to get things started (ok - so it's a bit formal. If I could find one that was otherwise casual, I'd use it instead... :))

I've made it so that only ARC members can see other ARC members' profile pictures. Just let me know what you think.

I've wanted to change my 2-yr old avatar for some time now, and even though I've still got that other blue clam, I thought I'd change only slightly to one of my bigger clams... :shades: One small change at a time.... :)

I jumped on the bandwagon and updated pics.
