Does anybody have a diamond hole saw bit I can borrow/rent? I need
1 1/8", 1 3/4", and a 1 1/2" bits. If not, where can I buy one in Atlanta besides the guy from Hong Kong on Ebay?

I bought a larger 2.5 inch bit here. They are pricey but you could be the future resource for club drilling. Most people take the tank to Cappuccino Bay and pay maybe $30 [?] a hole. I have also seen comments about using a dremel and Harbor Freight diamond bits- cheap but takes all afternoon. Be aware that no one guarantees against glass cracking! Oh, and just as a head's up, you have to use the diamond bit in a little pond of water, so that pane of glass has to be turned up flat/horizontal.

I have bits to drill common bulkhead sizes. PM Me with the size hole you need to drill and I will check to see if I have that size.
