I want to give it to my older brother but want to make sure it can be fixed and made reliable first. Anyone know of a good mechanic that won't cost a bloody fortune in Alpharetta/Cumming area?

my neigbor is a mechanic but i do not know how good. all i know is that he just loves blowing leaves in our yard.
