I thought a thread on tips and trick for using the site might be useful.

Here's one from me.
I'm a forum junky, that causes my inbox to become cluttered everytime someone posts on something I've posted on using the quick reply feature. By default, your user profile is set to do Instant Email Notification for all replies. You could do an Adanced Reply (new window) and manually set the notification type to something else.

That's the hard way. An easier way is to go into 'Edit Options' under 'User CP' and change the notifications to be the following:
1. Do not subscribe
2. No Email Notification
3. Instant Email Notification (Default)
4. Daily Email Notification
5. Weekly Email Notification

Mine are set to Daily Email Notifications and I manually set the ones I want to know more about. No more clutter.

Ya I never log into the main page... Heck I do not remember what the main page looks like.

How do you paste a webpage, but have it show up as a title or as one word. I have seen people type "look here" or "try this" instead of posting the full name of the web link and when you clicked on it it took you to a website. Might be a little hard to understand what I am trying to ask, sorry!

Highlight what you want to link, then click the button that has a pic of the world with a little chain link and put in your URL.
